Include your order number and we can look it up straight away. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day go out the same afternoon.

We work with a small number of shops. Tell us where you are and what you already carry, and we will send the trade terms.
Made to order
Several pieces can be made in different leathers or cloths. Ask before you buy rather than after — it is usually possible and always easier beforehand.

What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €50. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days depending on your location. Express shipping is available at checkout.
How do I return an item?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
Are your products ethically made?
Absolutely. We work exclusively with certified ethical manufacturers. Every production partner is audited annually for fair wages, safe working conditions, and sustainable practices. We believe great products should never come at someone else’s expense.
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in both cm and inches. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a more tailored look. Still unsure? Our support team is happy to help.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country.
